The Edwards Street Fellowship Center Pet Food Bank
Edwards Street Fellowship Center runs a food pantry, including a pet food bank! People in need of food and supplies will sacrifice their own meals in order to provide food to their pets, so the pet food bank plays an important role in serving both the pets and the people of the greater Hattiesburg area. They need our help to make sure the pet food bank is well stocked!
The SCORS Lab partners with Edwards Street to provide research opportunities to community participants. The pet food bank is always in need of donations, so we are running a fundraiser and pet food drive in partnership with Edwards Street Fellowship Center to promote donations to the pet food bank. Edwards Street Fellowship Center opened in 1979 and provides numerous valuable and needed services to families in Hattiesburg, including the food pantry and pet food bank, a thrift store, and a health clinic. The food pantry serves over 1,500 families in the Pine Belt per month. Learn more about Edwards Street Fellowship Center at their website. |
